Innovator's Gala: 10-Year Anniversary

Served as Event Producer for the 2025 Innovator's Gala, celebrating their 10th anniversary, produced under Ideas Event Styling as the culminating celebration of an executive retreat hosted by the Silicon Valley Japan Platform. The milestone event brought together nonprofit leaders, international Tokyo executives, and Silicon Valley Innovators to mark a decade of collaboration and impact.
Responsibilities spanned both creative and operational leadership, including assisting with design ideation informed by the client's inspiration and the venue's spatial context, managing the full production timeline, and developing detailed floor plans to coordinate decor, AV, and catering. Led vendor sourcing and contracting, supported custom fabrication planning, and oversaw the sourcing of decor and materials.
On the day of the event, managed run-of-show programming and on-site execution, balancing creative intent with real-time problem solving. Client feedback highlighting the ability to remain calm and focused amid the complexity of a high-stakes, executive-level event, ensuring a seamless and intentional experience from arrival through closing.
