Festival Napa Valley: Arts for All Gala 2026

Contributed to the Arts for All Gala for Festival Napa Valley, supporting the design and styling of a multi-environment gala experience celebrating music, culture, and accessibility in the arts. The reception tent drew inspiration from New Orleans, while the dinner tent was conceptualized as a jazz club—dubbed “CLUB FNV”—layering mood, rhythm, and warmth into the evening’s visual narrative.
Worked closely with the lead stylist and event chair to execute large-scale décor, including reception lounge environments, dinner tent tablescapes, perimeter décor, and bar styling. Developed detailed floor plans in coordination with both the internal styling team and the client’s external production team overseeing AV, ensuring alignment between spatial design, lighting, and program flow. The result was a cohesive, music-forward gala experience that balanced theatrical atmosphere with refined hospitality.
