Innovator's Gala: Inaugural Production

Served as Event Producer for the inaugural Innovators Gala, produced under Ideas Event Styling as the first formal gala experience concluding the Silicon Valley Japan Platform’s executive retreat. The event established the foundation for what would become an annual convening of nonprofit leaders, international executives traveling from Tokyo, and Silicon Valley innovators.
Responsibilities included assisting with early design ideation informed by client vision and venue context, managing the production timeline, and developing floor plans to support catering, AV, and guest flow. Led vendor sourcing and contract coordination, supported custom fabrication planning, and sourced décor and materials to shape a cohesive first-year visual identity. Oversaw run-of-show programming and on-site execution, guiding the event from concept to live experience with an emphasis on clarity, adaptability, and intentional guest engagement.
