SF Ballet Opening Night Gala 2026

Served as Event Producer for the San Francisco Ballet's 2026 Opening Night Gala, working under Ideas Event Styling to support the organization's newly rebranded visual identity. The gala marked a pivotal year for the Ballet, requiring close alignment between design intent, production logistics, and cross-functional vendor teams.
Responsibilities included assisting with design ideation informed by the Ballet's 2026 branding and inspiration, lookbook/styling guide, managing production timeline, and developing detailed floor plans to coordinate multiple stakeholders including decor, fabrication, AV, and catering partners. Oversaw lighting concept development and vendor sourcing, supported custom fabrication planning, and led the sourcing of decor and materials to ensure cohesion across guest experience.
My role focused solely on pre-production strategy, design development, and production coordination to ensure all creative and technical elements were fully scoped and aligned for seamless installation on event day.
