SF Ballet Opening Night Gala 2025

Served as Event Producer for the San Francisco Ballet 2025 Opening Night Gala, working under Ideas Event Styling to deliver a high-profile cultural event hosted in partnership with the San Francisco Opera. The gala marked the opening of the Ballet’s season and welcomed an audience of patrons, artists, and civic leaders.

Responsibilities included assisting with design ideation informed by the Ballet’s visual direction and venue architecture, managing the production timeline, and developing detailed floor plans to coordinate décor, AV, lighting, and entertainment partners. Led vendor sourcing and contract management for lighting, décor, and custom fabrication elements, ensuring creative alignment across all guest-facing environments.

Oversaw on-site installation and event day execution, coordinating cross-functional vendor teams, managing load-in logistics, and handling real-time adjustments to maintain flow and program integrity throughout the evening. The result was a polished, cohesive gala experience that balanced creative vision with operational precision.

The gala received coverage from major cultural and fashion outlets, reflecting its significance within San Francisco’s arts landscape.
